I know what podcasts are, but I have never searched them on the internet. Podcasts are yet another interesting way to disperse information. There are many arenas in which podcasts could be useful; disseminating news, instructional purposes, and sheer entertainment. I glanced and listened to a variety of podcasts. I visited the OPAL site, Online Programming for all Libraries and listened to a podcast from the Library of Congress on "Invisible Ancestors". Located a hilarious site, Stereo Radiation and subscribed to it on my Delicious account. The two men who lead the podcast poke fun at various news stories.
